    Have added you! My aim is to workout 4-5 times a week, be it a 1/2 hour run or full gym workout, trying to vary what i do and need to push myself hard for challenge in May!
  • Hi! I added you both. Currently I am working hard to get back in shape by doing a 40-60 min gym routine and when it gets warmer outside I am going to start running a 5K and eventually a 10K. I use to be in super great shape until I suffered a knee injury and have been affected ever since.

    Hey,
    I work out 3-4 days a week, usually with cardio or by walking.
    Trying to get healthier and be fit to do a 5k.

    OK I am on week two of this and am jumping on here, Klara. I am eager to have people to connect with on MFP.
    I am on my way back to my "100 lbs kept off" point, and then it is on toward my goal weight.
    Will be filling out my profile more, maybe later today?
