I just bought some smoke house pepper.. yummie! I love love love it, really I put it on everything  I really don't think it has calories or anything, but I can really taste some salt in it. I googled McCormick smokehouse pepper and it says there's not enought nutritional value to report anything. I'm just not believing there's no sodium in it. Anyway, I love it  I just really want to know if there is salt in it for my peace of mind :ohwell:

it's the smoke flavor that lends the taste of salt. i don't know about what you bought, but the liquid smoke i have has 10mg of sodium per tsp., so it's probably less than that for what your using!
