Hi! I've been on MFP for 5 days now, and need friends to help me through this weight loss challenge. I had a great start, but am now on the tail end of the flu. I'm a 46 year old Mom of 2 little ones, and finding out very quickly how much tougher it is to lose weight in my 40's!
