Calling all Tough Mudders!!

I have paid up to do TM in May (UK) and and now totally scared but al so excited! Was wondering if anyone else is in the same boats - really could do with sharing training tip etc!!

    Hey,
    What day are you doing? I'm Sat 4th. Scared? yes but I think as good experience.
    My preparation training is or should look like:
    1 day mid distance run
    2 day circuit class
    3 day upper body strength
    4 day rest
    5 day some stamina training (boot camp)
    6 day long distance run (trying build up to 8K run in 40-45min without any problems)
    7 day either rest or upper body strength

    Hope that will work.
