Low Cal breakfast smoothie
I just made this smoorhie this morning and it was to die for! And I feel nice and full. You could use it as a drink to go wiith your breakfast or you can add protein powder or more fruits to make it a full scale meal but it's super simple and tastes AMAZING.
1 cup Almond Breeze coconut and almond milk blend.
1 frozen banana
1 packet Truvia
½ cup frozen berries
Only 170 calories and sooooo good. It tastes tropical. You could probably make a low cal Virgin Pina Colada with this just by adding in Pineapple.
