Apolagies if this thread/topic has already been covered.
Has anyone personally used these? I thought I'd give them a go as the advert seemed quite convincing. Been on them a week now and nothing has changed. I did read somwhere that it can take up to 3 weeks to start seeing any changes. Having a look through my diary i don't really have things with a great deal of fat in it but dont want to eat fatty food for the sake of it.
Any succes stories or stories in general would be great
