Hey guys,
I started a week ago to take losing weight seriously, and so far it has been working. Given that it was the workweek, I weighed myself routinely in the morning, at the same, almost ritualistically. Today being the weekend, I had time to do multiple weigh-ins and according to my digital scale I varied up and down between 221-228...
Obviously the scale has to go. My question is twofold:
1. What are good scales to consider replacing my current little liar. (Or am I doing something wrong with the digital method?)
2. What is your weigh-in ritual that has proven accurate?
Thank you!
