New Gym Routine

Hi All

I'm thinking I need a new gym routine to try. I want to stick to no longer than a hour per session as I think sometimes I overdo it. I have a 2 hour session on a Sunday (Spin then Body Pump) so the rest of my sessions I would like to keep to a hour

Anyone have a good gym workout plan that they would care to share? I am pretty fit so would like something that's a bit of a challenge

    I like combining a full body workout with dumbells with the Eliptical. I do compound exercises for each muscle group: squat w/shldr press, lunge w/bicep curl, etc... I will do one exercise for 45 sec ( I try to get back on before if shuts off) then get back on Eliptical for 2 min, then do a different exercise & back on Eliptical for 2 min. repeating this until I have done 3 sets of each exercise. It is a great muscle & cardio burn & I get done in 1hr. Also, beats gym burnout.

    I just tried boxing with a trainer the other day and it was an awesome change. We would do about 5-10 minutes of sparring and then I would do 15 squats. Repeat until for about 30 minutes. We finished the workout with situps, pushups and bridges.

    Today my arms are nice and sore...that might also be the swimming adding to the ache:-)

    I do a 60 minute combat class on a thursday night and totally agree with you...it's great! Good for stress relief too! lol
