30 day shred...tummy workout?? what else? :(

Okay so i'm aware this is an all over body workout but just wondering has anyone got any tips on the success they have achieved with this particularly for the tummy area..

Like a good bit i suppose this is my problem area, i am actually quite happy with my body my hips and upper tummy is a big downfall
Anyone any idea on good exercises for this area?

    I started the routine this morning! Are you going to attempt to do it everyday?
    I need to lose 2 inches/ 10 pounds and am hoping this can do the trick to get the ball rolling a bit!

    Probably for the best results do it everyday thought a lot of people have recommended to me on here that you can alternate with your other workout routines and get just as good results maybe not as fast, i've ordered the dvd so going to start working it into my routine gradually :)...
