Tomorrow is weigh day

1 week complete. We'll see how much fell off. All I can say right now is I couldn't fit into these pants I have on right now 10 days ago...lol.

This tracking site is great. I had gotten started writing down calories and carbs before the holidays hit and liked seeing what I was consuming. It was a pain to try and remember what all the foods contained though and I'm glad I stumbled onto this site.

Looking to get down to just below 200lbs. from 246. I am hoping for 6 or 7 when I weigh this evening.
