As far as the macros 50/30/20 is what they recommend in the program im doing"Insanity asylum volume2 for shredding fat. My goal is to get down to 12-15% Body fat im at 20% and with my body thats 60lbs of fat!. Also wouldnt mind losing about 20 pounds0 -

Without knowing your stats it would be hard to say conclusively, but I speculate that you are not going to drop fat at a good pace on 3500kcals + exercise calories. I could be wrong because I don't know your stats, but at the very least I'd suggest looking at the link I provided above and double checking your data.
What is your height? Based on what you've provided above you're 20% bodyfat and 300lbs?0 -

I'd check the link above for a way to double check your calories/macros. Alternatively, see what happens to your bodyweight at the intake you're at now. Even as big as you are I would be surprised if you lean out at that intake,
EDIT: PMing you.0 -
At nearly 300lbs you don't need to be eating anywhere near as many calories as that. Bigger deficits ate fine. Maybe look at 2500? Do your research but I think you'd be fine at that!0
