I am a 45 year old wife, mother and grandmother who works full time. I need to lose 60 pounds. Finding time for "me" is difficult, but I am determined to make the time to exercise and eat better. I have been paying for a gym membership I do not use. Its time to STOP wasting that money and start going :) I think adding some firends to this would be helpful. Feel free to add me :smile:

    Peggy, you are on an awesome site. It deals in numbers, it is straightforward. The predictability of weight loss is based on the body's energy to burn vs the stored energy. If you are liberal with it, you will lose weight, and you will also be more conscious about what you feed your family. You are the ruler of the Kitchenistic world in your house, so make some changes and dont forget to get the app. it is free, and it lets you scan the barcode of the food you eat with your camera. For the most part, it is accurate.
