Im done with slacking to myself. Telling that I mean it-then grabbing an jar of Nutella and eating it up.
Im done with all of the excuses.
Im done with my setting myself on 'failure'.
Im done with my being so weak.

    Type that up in notepad or word. Make multiple copies. One on the mirror in the bathroom. One inside the cupboard that you go to when you emotional eat. Etc.

    Set reasonable goals and expel unreasonable effort. Tell yourself every day, "It's possible." Tell yourself that until you believe it and keep saying it.

    Start again with baby steps Vicky, set yourself some short term goals that are achievable with a little work. If you can meet your goals, then it's unlikely you'll "fail". Your diary and exercise doesn't have to be perfect all the time.......just make improvements where you can x
