Questions for Shorties who hit their goal.

Ok so I have a quick question. I am 4'11 and went from 162 to 121. Its been about 8 months but I lost most of it in 6 and a few in the last two months (mostly maintaining during the holidays). I still have about 11 to 16 pounds to goal. We shall see when I hit 110 how I feel. I still have a good chunk of fat on me. (Sucks being short! lol)
I know things are different for those of us who are petite and the same rules don't apply.
So the question is, how many calories were you eating when you hit your goal?
Some people tell me my metabolism is faster so I need to eat more especially if I'm working out...
and some say that I need to be more sparing since I am closer to my goal and it will be harder to lose the last bit.
Any advice on how you lost the last bit would be great!

The last week of April is my 1 year from losing and I have done pretty well (feel free to look at my profile pictures) But I really
want to hit my goal by then! April is also my wedding anniversary and would love to do something fun or travel and feel proud I hit my goal and look good :)

Thanks guys for the advice! Ohh and I would love to see everyone's before and afters.
