Eating more on lifting days, less on cardio?

Options
Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has tried this approach. Looking that you'll need a surplus to enable muscle growth, would eating more around 200-300 cal on heavy lifting days be efficient to fuel growth? And eating 200-300 less on cardio days to enable fat loss?I heavy lift on a 3 day split and get a rest day for my muscles in between them wherein I do my HIIT cardio. My TDEE is at 2500 a day so I was thinking maybe having 2700 on lifting days and 2300 on cardio days. Would it even make a difference? Or would it eventually cut out both muscle growth and fat loss.
