New here...

Hi I. Live in New England USA. I have been staying at the same weight for years now after having two babies, now 4 and six. Just trying to get motivated to pay more attention and get to a healthier weight. I like to go jogging (but I am being a wimp about winter) so mostly I do my elliptical in the house....I also have been ill (respiratory stuff) since thanksgiving so I got out of the habit of jogging, then winter hit.
I love music (favorite:Indigo Girls), dogs and dog rehab, reading and adore my kiddos! I work eves in a dx lab and take care of my 4 yr old during the day
I am 38 and want to lose around 30 lbs. any questions, just ask :-)
