    Poached lemon and herb salmon, carrot and swede mash and cabbage is one of my favourites, or a decent chicken stew with lots of fresh vegetables.
    Also love baked sweet potato with cottage cheese and cranberry sauce.

    Don't eat breakfast and lunch really, more of a snacker then a large dinner.

    Breakfast:
    1 light multigrain english muffin
    1 egg white
    1 slice lowfat cheese
    1 slice microwave bacon
    small glass OJ

    Lunch:
    1 cup romaine lettuce
    1 cup baby spinach or spring greens
    tortilla strips
    2 tbsp light blush wine dressing
    sprinkle of shredded parmesan cheese
    2 oz grilled chicken
    sliced cucumbers
    peice of fruit on the side

    Dinner:
    chicken
    veggies

    Snacks:
    blueberry greek yogurt
    cottage cheese
    lowfat cheese stick
    clementines

    I snack on hard boiled eggs (especially love duck eggs), cottage cheese, greek yoghurt with hot chocolate powder and bench pressed oatmeal stirred in, dark chocolate, 9 bars(seeds and honey), roasted chickpeas, apples and chicken or turkey.

    But am trying to swap snacking for having some sort of a meal midday.

    - Almond Milk
    - Special K Red Berries
    - Multivitamen
    - Coffee
    - 1 Tbsp. Coffee Cream
    - One Splenda

    This is nothing special but it is what I do on work days and it hits the spot. Sometimes if I am extra hungry I add half a cut up banana.

    Lunch:
    -Tuna Salad (tuna, red onion, mayo, mustard, relish, pepper)
    -Crackers (Rice thins)
    -Apple

    Yummmm, filling.

    Dinner:
    -4 oz. sirloin steak
    -spinach salad with red onion, snap peas, cranberries, almond slivers, raspberry vinagrette
    - steamed green and yellow beans

    Snacks:
    Oikos Yogurt
    Almonds
    Raw Fruit and veggies

    My favorite meals are also the meals I eat the most:

    Breakfasts - Fruit smoothies, pancakes, porridge, liver & onion stew ( sounds ick I know, but it's divine :D )

    Lunch- Huge salads with everything on top - various combos throughout the week

    Dinner - Fajitas!! Steak, anything with melted cheese, pie

    Snacks - Strawberries & cream, Fruit salad, raw veggie sticks and hummus or ranch dressing,

    Drinks- ice tea, low cal hot chocolate, hot water with 1tbsp honey, cinnamon tea
