Therapeutic Letter

Sometimes we just need to write a letter to get things off our chest... It helps me :)

To: My Current Body

Dear Current Body,

We have had our ups and downs but I realized lately that its been more downs. You have caused me a lot of stress and depression and I blamed you for that, even hated you for it sometimes.

Until I realized that why would you be good to me when I treat you like crap. I smoke, I eat terrible foods, I eat large quantities of those terrible foods, I don't work out, I am lazy and find the most inactive way possible to complete my daily tasks.

I have been so unfair to you and I am sorry. But no fear, you won't ever have to worry about these things again because today I am saying goodbye to you. Today we are starting a new relationship and I promise it will be the best time of your life. I am going to treat you right and I am going to love you!
