Im new, need help, How do i post photos?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to post a photo! I tried drag-and-drop and all the posting links off my photobucket account (html, bbc code, direct link, ect.)
HOW??? lol. I'd like to join in on the fun of before and afters :)

    only change the IMG to lowercase... img

    ohhh, that must be it then, my photobucket account has it uppercase IMG, thats funny that it would matter
