The fat you don't want to lose (women)

I'm really happy with the weight I've lost but what I'm not happy with is going from a 34DD to a 34C (some bras a B). This may be a volatile subject but anyone else have the same issue and did you "fix" it with surgery after you lost the weight?

I've always told hubby that I want a "lift kit" when I turn 40. I don't care if my face sags but my ladies?? No thanks. Now I'm thinking I'm going to have to push it up to age 35 because after loosing some weight (only 15 lbs) and dropping 2-3 bra sizes they aren't as young looking as they were before, and I really miss that.

    Hi,

Mine have shrunk a little and whilst I was a bit disappointed at first I am ok with it now! I would never have surgery but that is just my personal opinion. I think the other benefits of exercise outweigh that one small negative :)

There is no fat that I don't want to lose. I would be fine with it if mine shrunk!

Give the ladies a little time, and do some lifting to build muscle, some of the sag might go away. Yes, mine are getting smaller, but so is my waist, so what I have left shows to greater advantage.

this might only help the mental aspect of it.. if you're losing weight you could go down a band size instead of a cup size. I used to wear a 34B bra and they never really fit right.. turns out I should have been in a 32C because I have a small frame. no actual boob difference, just a better bra and the knowledge that "ooh I'm wearing a c" and I felt better about it :P

I'm also a 34DD, but I'm cool with losing weight wherever.

I started as a 40DD, and I am now a size 38C. I can totally relate to how you're feeling. While a 38C is not small- it's small compared to what I was! I still have about 18 lbs too lose, so I know I will go down one size... if not two sizes. At a healthy weight I was around a 36B/C, so that's probably what I'll end up as. I'm also experiencing the lack of perkiness lately... at 25 years old. You're not alone!

Okay glad I'm not the only one. I was starting to feel kind of vain for feeling badly about it. You never think that the perkiness will start going in your 20s.

"If" I got surgery I'm not talking huge boobs. They work on some people but I think I would just look funny. I'm not so worried about the size as I am the shape and keeping them up where they belong. I have been doing a lot of chest exercises and that has helped. I was just wondering if I was all alone in this or if other women felt the same way.

Keep training and use resistance bands and weights.

Focus on leg, bum and tummy exercises too as that will shape your mid. Remember to tighten your core

Diet alone will make you saggy in those places because you will lose your fat stores.
