I just joined today. I am hoping to be able to make the meeting/hike next Saturday. Just a little worried about keeping up with everyone else. I am still fairly new at fitness after spending way too many years overweight and out of shape.

Hello to you too!! It was mighty cold here in Denver today too. Went to the grocery store, gym, and then straight home to sit in front of the fireplace.
