I wanted to share this great snack I though you might like. It is also great to make the night before for breakfast on the go!

Mccann's - Instant Sugar Free Irish Oatmeal - Cinnamon Roll, 1 packet (28 g)
Great Value - Crunchy Peanutbutter, 1 tbsp.
Torani - Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, 2 tbsp
1 scoop protein powder (optional)

place peanutbutter in bowl and microwave for 25 seconds
add syrup to peanut butter and mix with fork
add protein powder and oatmeal to bowl and mix with fork
scoop 8 portions and put in freezer for 15 minutes

enjoy!! Let me know what you think! If you can not find the flavored oatmeal, you can use quick oats and add any flavor of SF Torani's Syrup! You could even use PB2 instead of the crunchy peanut butter if you wanted to cut a few calories! My recipe equates to about 23 calories a bite without the protein powder.
