issues figuring out bmr

I told a friend about the fat2fit site to figure out her bmr to try to help her eat properly. Well she did the bmr calculator and for some reason the results only show the Benedict-Harris number. It doesn't show the Mcardle number at all, it doesn't even say Katch Mcardle. Anyone ever had this happen?
