What's your favourite "On-The-Go" breakfast?

I am NOT a morning person, so I usually stay in bed until the last possible second before school. But this year, I've vowed to make more of a conscious effort to eat breakfast. What's your favourite breakfast to grab on the fly?

Why do you feel like you must eat breakfast? Do you get hungry shortly after you get on the go? Medical condition? Etc? I ask this sincerely. If you don't want to eat breakfast, then don't.
But to answer your question...... Overnight oats are good because you can make the the night before and stick in the fridge.0 -

I don't feel hungry when I first wake up, which is why I forget to grab things to eat usually. But about halfway through my first class, I'm starving. And as a student who lives on her own, I really don't want to pay cafeteria or fast food (Subway or Extreme Pita) prices, so I end up usually skipping the meal altogether, which is not good, because then I'm insanely hungry by lunch.0 -

I make a smoothie and take it with my on my commute. It varies, but I'm pretty stuck on:
1/2 cup Kashi cereal, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/3 cup 0%vanilla yogurt and 1/2 cup 1% milk. throw it in a shaker cup, blend and go! Keeps me full all morning,
Good luck!0 -

I'm the same way! Get up as late as possible then halfway through my class I'm super hungry.
So, when I have an early morning class I usually grab a banana for the car ride.
Sometimes a peanut butter protein bar.
This semester I'm going to try to bring protein shakes since they only take a few mins to blend in the morning and I can drink it on my way to school.0 -
I . . . don't. Breakfast is 90% of the reason I get out of bed early. The other 10% is because I have to pee.0

I've been eating those little 1% cottage cheese on-the-go cups (Nordica) and a cup of diet juice (Ocean Spray diet). Zero prep time, and only 100 calories all together.0
