Heey all, I am female 20 years old 5'3" and i am trying to lose my last 6 lbs. i hit a plateau and havent lost anything for about 4 months and so i upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 for 3 weeks now and i havent lost anything yet probably because of eating a lot on my birthday, christmas, and new years day. To lose my last 6 lbs. should i worry about macros? I usually eat over ny fat and lroejn limit everday.

You can change your macros--you have protein and fat set really low. Try 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fats.

how much do you want to weigh? and are you measuring yourself?

sometimes we get fixated on a number instead of looking in the mirror

Have you actually upped your exercise as well? If you have then do not be tempted to eat those extra calories.
