Hello, I am new to the site and to the whole eating healthy thing. I have recently went through thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed. However, since then have lost 13lbs. I have made alot of dietary changes with a desire to loose so much more. I exercise regularly with elliptical and biggest loser videos. Anyway, I am looking for any kind of good wholesome advice for loosing weight the right way. Thanks JC:happy:

Good for you and I wish you success. I found eating a fruit before meals helps and also drinking more water0
