Box it in/Box it out

In his book, the Thin Commandments, Stephen Gullo talks about "boxing" foods. You "box out" foods you know are not good for you for one reason or another (e.g., high calorie, addictive, etc.) and avoid them all together. You "box in" foods that you don't want to completely avoid but need to limit.

I have GOT to get back on track - again - so I am starting my list....

Box out: carry-out pizza on Friday nights
Box in: one glass of wine on Saturday nights and one glass during the work week, Saturday night chicken sandwiches
