Hello weekend

Im always good on weekends. im a teen mom so i stay at home during the week and weekends. But this weekend i am giong bowling with my dad. its a charity thing so they have food there, like sandwiches and hot dogs and hot sausage(yummmm) so any advice on what to do?

  • eat before you go! if you do try food there you will not eat as much if your not as hungry. chew gum and drink water during the event! good luck

    I would take it easy and control the amount of food I eat. With eating ahead there's always the chance (at least for me :blushing: ) that I see things I like and eat them anyway :smile: You could also try to get an extra workout in earlier in the day, but most of all, enjoy and don't stress too much. If you eat sensibly most of the time, one meal won't wreck your progress. :drinker:
