I was just wondering how many people hit their 5 a day on fruit and veg ( and I mean proper stuff ) because a lot of diaries I visit seem to have very little do you guys love or hate them ????

I mostly drink my veggies, but eat my fruits. I recently bought a Ninja Blender and I just throw in whole veggies and blend them up with some water and drink them down. I'm way too lazy to prepare veggies every day, but it only takes a couple of minutes to blend them and drink them. I like to add tofu, chia seeds, and coconut oil to my veggie blends. They don't taste super awesome, but I swear I've been feeling better since adding them.

Also love those frozen steam in the bag veggies. Fast and easy.

I'm trying to load up on them, but like you, notice there are a lot of folks on MFP who eat very little or none. It's a shame, because they're so good, good for you, and can be prepared very low-fat and low-cal. I have a feeling that you'll probably lose faster if you eat veggie calories rather than cracker calories. That's what I''m hoping, at least!

You may not lose weight faster ( which isn't a bad thing slow and steady) but you will feel so much better for it x
