While putting some things up in the attic, I came across a plastic bin I forgotten about, when I looked inside I found pants that I had "outgrown" years ago. I guess I decided to put them away in case I lost enough weight to wear them again... so when I tried them on, they were all too big! Off to the goodwill with them.

    I have (had, lol) a wardrobe of clothes from my lowest size up to my highest. Every month or so I go through and try on stuff - separating into too big (recycle), fits now (into current wearing pile) and too small (put aside for later).

    End of last week I went through my 'almost fits' pile and they all (bar one thing) ended up in the recycle pile. Feels good, doesn't it!
