What did you do for your body this week?

This is my week: 658 Minutes of Cardio – 7,042 Calories Burned doing 1 Walk-up Trail Stone Mountain, 5 Zumba classes at Body Rock Fitness Studio, 1 Elliptical Trainer at Gym, 2 Body Sculpting with weight classes & 1 Zumba Class with Suzanne, 2 Dance Fitness Classes at Dance 101.

I'm cranking it up this month... I feel GREAT... I took "No Days Off" this week, 24 lbs lost in 10 months. Goal to lose at least 10 more!
