New 2 Dieting Need all the tips and not toos

Before I started my fitness pal I was average in weight I was 152lbs and I am 5'11 so I was very average.. Well about 2 years ago I was diagnose with Bipolar Disorder. Well the medications that the doctors put me on made me gain weight too but when I was down I ate alot and done nothing. I went from 154 to 257lbs. Right now since I have been using fitness pal I am down to 215.5lbs and now I am on a stand still. I was wanting to know what I need to do to farther my ability to lose more weight. I am wanting to get down to 170 to 175lbs. If you have any advise of tip I would love to hear about them. I am looking for friends that can keep me motivated into keeping up with this since I have bipolar I lose interest very fast...just looking for more friends that are doing what i am doing Thanks again AManda
