hi, I am trying to do what I can to help myself with my rock climbing habit. Sport and bouldering, inside and outside. I joined this site to help me lower my weight to strength ratio. I weighed in at 193 about a week ago and I started my first diet. I am six feet tall. I am trying to get lean because other than fear, gravity is what I am competing against. My diet is 65%carbs, 15%protein, 20%fat, with around 2000 calories a day. I am a mechanic, I am on my feet ten hours a day. Monday and Wednesday night I go to a boot camp high cardio and with exercises for conditioning a climber. Thursday and Saturday I work out at home with a finger board, its for pull ups and it has finger slots of different depths. I do uneven pull ups, frenchies, finger hangs, and campus. I also do crunches and push ups, mountain climbers. Sunday is climb day, outside if its nice, which central Texas is very nice, or rock gym on crap days. My goal is to weigh about 175 by March, because I am going to Hueco Tanks and I want to be at my best.
