My friend has been my idol, and my goal body....she came to visit this weekend and we worked out together.
I am so proud to see how over the last 4 months I have gotten closer to where I want to be (after losing the weight, I wanted to gain muscle). With her help, she has gotten me closer to what I admire in her....which is her drive.
She is on the left, and I am on the right.

I posted my success weight loss story 3-4 months ago, and I wanted to show the continuation of my journey.

You both have really cute haircuts! I would love to have short hair again but waiting until I'm thinner. You both look great and very strong as well.
