Hi! I'm Carolina. I'm 18, 5'1 and about 138 pounds. I went away for college so I gained some weight. It is incredibly hard to eat clean while at school but right now I am on my winter break and about 2 weeks ago I decided to start eating clean and get fit. I've been going to the gym every day, doing cardio and some strength training on my own. I don't exactly know what to eat at times or what exercises to do but I'm slowly learning. I hope these changes help me to be the person I want to be :)

I;m always open to tips and suggestions! And new friends :D
