    kettlebell routine - I did running regularly for a year and didn't shift a pound because I was too hungry afterwards! Kettlebell is giving me steady results.

    Circuit training on a strength and conditioning course! OMG just make sure you weigh yourself a few days later than that exercise and your muscles retain water to help repair and if your aching like mad after any exercise chances are you wont have lost anything due to retaining water.

    Don't really find one works better than the other for weight loss.
