Not sure if the etiquette is to always introduce yourself here, I'm no good at these things. I've decided to join today as I've managed to get in to such dab eating habits after being at uni, having a depressive episode and now finding the stress of a new job, new town etc is really setting me back more than I though it would.
I find I don't have time to eat breakfast and even when I do I look at it and think I will be sick if I try and eat. My job means I often don't have time for lunch and as I don't really like sandwiches I tent to fins myself grabbing a chocolate bar and a can of diet pepsi for my lunch on the run. By time I get home I tend to be so tired and have a headache that I fall straight to sleep, wake up at 8.30/9pm ish and that make myself something to eat and go back to bed.
I know I'm my own worst enemy. I know I'm so tired because I'm not eating properly and the chocolate means my calorie intake by far outweighs what I'm burning off. So, my plan is eat breakfast (nutrition shake) and veggie soup for lunch, so hopefully have enough energy to cook when I get in. Signed up for three classes a week at my local gym.
We'll see if posting on here and using the functions helps me keep on track!

Good luck! Tracking your intake (be strict on yourself!) is such a great way to control your cravings and diet.
Feel free to add me, that goes for anyone else too!0
