Looking for a good strength training at home program

Hey all,

I was just wondering if anyone has a good home dumbell program they would recommend. I've completed Chalene Extreme, have the p90x program, but no chin-up bar. So I'm wanting to continue the weight lifing (I have up to 55lbs dumbells) that I can use to continue my efforts in lowering by body fat. I'm on a special ultra low carb diet that recommends staying away from intense cardio, for the duration of the diet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I've been trying to browse the internet, but must not be using the correct key words in order to find what I'm looking for haha. Hoping to do a 3-4x a week lifting!
