I am 5'6" Female 44 yrs old... only new to fitness but lost 77lbs a few years ago, put some back on, currently aroud 73kg/161 lbs
from November 12, 2012 until Xmas I was training 5-6days a week (boot camp, lifting, personal trainer, HIIT)... but done nothing much in the last 3 wks and put on a few lbs.

So, please, can you help me figure out how many cals to eat, like I said, I'm ok w/ the macros percentages that suit me, just don't know how to factor in the sedentary (properly sedentary, not leaving the house) state I'm in !

Thanks

Just calculate your basal metabolic rate and for sedentary based on your bodyfat, that is anything up to about 6000 steps it does take into consideration not leaving the house. At your weight you burn maybe 80 calories a mile walking (2000 to 2500 steps), it really is not that much. You might find what you have gained is largely your muscles refuelling with glycogen and associated water, sounds like your training was fairly intense. That is a positive not a negative.
