How to lose the last 20lbs?

Heyy. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle. I eat relatively clean 90% of the time(and around 1600cals a day), workout 5 times a week (running and pilates, usually a 45-50 min workout), and I'm just wondering how to get rid of that last 15-20lbs? Maybe I'm just being impatient but my weight hasn't budged for 3 weeks.
I just want to know if what I'm doing is enough? Should I just keep doing what I'm doing and wait patiently or am I doing something wrong? I've lowered my sodium because people have told me it might be my water weight that's clinging, but even doing that my weight has stayed the same. Do you guys recommend lowcarb or have any tricks or tips on how to lose this annoying 20lbs? Being healthy is ultimately my main goal before weightloss, but I want to go to school to become a personal trainer in the fall and I'll be embarassed if I enter without being in top physical shape. I'd love to be in shape for the summer... do you think it's possible with my current diet/workout regime?

I lost my last 30 by incorporating weights... I was only doing cardio for the first 90.0
