I just joined this site.. (obviously as I'm posting here :). I really like it and so far I'm having great results. I find its really easy to log food, and having the app on my cell phone really prevents me from cheating !!

I am recovering from an injury from working out so right now all I am allowed to do is bike.. which is fine in the summer, but stationary bike in the winter time gets really boring.

I also feel I should mention I'm 30, as I think there was another post on here mentioning that there's not many of us in that age group on here.. :)
