Chest pain and implant pain

1) I've got a lot of pain between my breasts and on the harder area under them which I assume is the ribcage I couldn't feel before. The pain is worst when bending my torso or turning sharply. Also at the ^ shape where the ribcage ends, worst there and between the breasts. Since the upper of both thighs, the backs of my calves, and my shoulders 360 degrees hurt... I assume this can all be affiliated to the first 3 days of strength/weight training and I shouldn't worry too much. I'm not training again until Thursday as my next session, Tuesday, I'll be scuba diving... should I be taking more of a break, or is there a way to hurt less post sessions?

2) I have the contraceptive implant in my left arm and the pain in my arm is worst from my elbow to around the implant. Could there be an issue? Google says the implant (implanon) is only sub-dermal but should I tell my trainer about this?
