I'm all about loving your body, I just prefer mine smaller than it currently is.

No self-hate, no angry motivation, completely self-driven search for happiness and health through fitness.

I don't get into the traditional weight loss mantras, and believe that the only thing that can truly motivate you to change is inner peace and a decision to change.

I don't take myself too seriously most of the time. I think I'm funnier than I am.
