Spend some time learning how to cook foods in healthy ways that taste good! A diet you don't enjoy is one you won't be able to stick with and as we get older and our dietary chickens come home to roost, we have to start trying to minimize the damage.
We cannot undo what we did, but with some hard work, we can prevent it from getting worse. With a little luck, we might even get a little better!
