Hello, newby here

Hi, I'm new to MFP. In the past I've tried WW (twice) and SB I've had success losing weight but never hitting my goal. When I fall off the wagon I fall off, so much so that this so called wagon I fall off drives to Timbuktu and never comes back. I like to tell people that I'm an expert at losing weight but not keeping it off or hitting goal. Then last week I was watching my local news and they did a segment on best weight loss programs and MFP was the top, and to my surprise it is free! So what do I have to lose (except the weight), so here's to a new year and a new me.

    I have fell off the wagon numerous times but I never made it a resolution before but this year I decided too. So I am hoping that bringing in the new year by getting on a good schedule can help me to stay on track.

    Welcome!! Falling off is part of learning!! Aslong as you get back up shake yourself off and continue you on its all good!! Don't be hard on yourself. YOU know what YOU need to do so it will happen. Hard work, and dedication!!! Chin up and smile and says I CAN DO THIS!!!!! :) Feel free to add me if you'd like!!
