Weight loss for Stand up Paddle boarder

I'm 68, avid standup paddleboarder and high speed windsurfer. My Dr. told me about MFP and here I am. I was an AMATEUR body builder and competed in 1997. USA 2nd, Worlds 2nd, and Natural Universe 2nd.
Even though I'm active, I have "packed" on the pounds. I'm 5'8" and 208 lbs. I race paddleboards and want to get down to 175 lbs. to be more competitive. This is a great site and will help me by having a lot of "training partners" No one wants to train with an "old guy" , that pushes too hard. I am more into TRX training and fitness videos now.

I may not be into paddle boarding or windsurfing but I've been a fan of exercise videos since the 80's. Just starting the NROLFW program. If you would like to be friends, I'm here!0
