Sounds like you might be a bit stressed from not seeing the results you want. By stressing you stop the progress of losing weight - your metabolism goes crazy, so relax (I think someone mentioned bringing a friend to Zumba, which is a super idea - Yoga could also be an good thing since it makes you relax), think happy thought, start with a "smaller" goal then what you've had earlier on. My mom has huge problems with her metabolism and to tricker weight lose she has to eat every 3. hour and small portions.
I'm sure you'll do great, again remember, happy thought, it's not a race.0
