Kickboxing Calorie Burn

Just in case anyone is curious...I wore my HRM today in cardio kickboxing class-60 min class burned 455 cal-I'm 5'5 150lbs...I know I saw a post over the last couple of weeks with someone wanting to know how much it burned...my max heart rate for the class was 178, min 140...
