Eating healthy and pregnant

Hi my name is Barbara! I am not trying to lose weight only trying to gain healthy pregnancy weight. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my goal is to only gain 20LBS total. Unlike my 1st pregnancy I gained 80 lbs!!!! Most was water weight. But I don't want to do that again! This app also helps keep track of sugar and protein intake which is great to know!!
