how many calories are in white fish please help

I have some white fish bought from Butchers dont know how many calories i tried searching i get diffrent answer some say per 100 grams 265 calls whilst others say per 100 grams 135 call im confused please help

    i would add up a few of the varying calorie values and then average them out, and create your own entry for white fish. thats what i would do at least, maybe others have better information or a better idea.

    This is for raw white fish, how it was cooked play alot in the calorie count.

    It will depend a bit on what fish it is.

    For 100g, haddock is 86 cals, cod is 74, and tilapia is 96. If you don't know what fish it is, then you're going to have to go for a best approximation. Those are the raw values - if you add oil or breadcrumbs for cooking then it will be higher.
